Mone (もね), later known as Hitohana Sui (一花寿), was a former idol and member of the idol groups You'll Melt More! and Hauptharmonie. Mone joined You'll Melt More! on January 1st, 2013 as part of the 2nd generation, representing the colour pink
Mone was scouted by Taichi Take while she was shopping. In an Ototoy interview she explained that she was shopping in Harajuku when she got approached by him and she thought he was a bit weird so she went in to a lingerie shop, but when she went outside, he was still there. After which they talked about Momoiro Clover Z, an idol group from 2008.
In the same interview Mone tells that she was initially interested in becoming an actress, and had put a deadline for becoming one. She passed the deadline so she had given up, but when she got an e-mail Taichi Take telling her to “Please just come to the lessons” she decided to try it, and it was interesting so she stayed. After being in the audience of the first live show of the group she decided to join the group.
In the group she played an important role making the choreography, using her years of experience in different types of dances.
On April 27, 2016, it was announced that Mone would graduate from You'll Melt More! she felt that the direction the group went in and what was expected from her differed from the direction she personally wanted to go on.
After graduating she changed her name to Hitohana Sui and in October 2016 she joined the idol group Hauptharmonie, where she stayed until the group’s disbandment on June 4, 2017.
Mone maintains a blog on Note where you can pay to read entries, she seems to post whenever she feels like it but it is by no means inactive. She also has a small Suzuri shop where her artwork can be bought.
