Meguri Kanmi

Meguri Kanmi (廻環美) is a member of Odoro, a former self-produced idol of Jane Dose, former member of Sanctuary and Maimitamako (the latter as Kujuu Pantsu; 久住ぱんつ), and a former member of Koi wo Suru ni wa Wakasugiru (as Yuzuki; ゆづき), which disbanded before debuting. She was also a Miss iD 2021 semifinalist and wears prescription glasses.

Meguri Kanmi, from here on Kan-chan, has been interested in being an entertainer ever since her parents gave her a smartphone in her third year of middle school. Through it she discovered vocaloid music and dreamed of becoming a utaite singer, which eventually turned into wanting to become a voice actor, then into joining the drama club, which she did.

Some of her friends in middle school became underground idols, marking her first contact with the scene. She has been in the idol scene since 2017, starting with Koi wo Suru ni wa Wakasugiru, though she never debuted with them as all the members left before the group could debut. In July 2017 she joined Maimitamako, from which she graduated in November 2017, ending her idol activities for a period.

During this time she enrolled in vocational school out of interest in working behind the scenes in television and theater production, but dropped out after three months due to feeling depressed. With her schedule open again she decided to return to idol activities. Wanting a place to belong, for herself and others, she created idol group Sanctuary in January 2019. The group disbanded in 2020, with their final live show on May 31st cancelled due to the Covid pandemic.

After that, Kan-chan began self-producing an idol group called Jane Dose (ジェーンドウズ) together with Kageyama (影山). They launched on July 28th 2020 but disbanded on December 27th after deciding the group could not continue due to a member falling ill.

In 2021 she participated in Miss iD, an audition focused on finding talented girls, and ended up as a semifinalist. On April 15th 2021 she joined idol group Odoro, where she still performs. At Odoro she has started a cult called "Kan-chan kawaii kakikuke religion" (かんちゃんかわいいかきくけ教) in an attempt to become a concept and omnipresent.
