Hayase Noel (早瀬ノエル) is a Japanese-German idol and a founding member of the idol group FRUITS ZIPPER. She represents the colour Yellow.
She was born in Munich, Germany, and is the youngest member of the group. Noel is half German and half Japanese, and she attended an international school while growing up. She is fluent in Japanese, German, and English.
Noel has a strong passion for music and was originally drawn to Vocaloid songs. She began her creative journey by uploading cover songs online and later taught herself DTM (Desktop Music) using Logic Pro, inspired by her interest in creating and editing music independently. She has already begun composing and producing her own music and continues to expand her work as a solo creator.
She uses simple production equipment, including a RODE NT-USB microphone and Apple’s Logic Pro, focusing on accessibility and self-learning. She records with headphones or AirPods depending on the situation and values ease of use over complex setups.
Noel is also interested in illustration and enjoys drawing in an anime-inspired style. She works mainly digitally using apps like ibisPaint and Procreate, and sometimes explores more expressive and meaningful art styles. Although she draws as a hobby, she continues to improve gradually.
Before joining FRUITS ZIPPER, Noel trained in ballet for around 10 years, which helped shape her expressive stage presence. However, she had limited formal training in singing and idol performance, so she worked intensively during agency lessons to build her skills in vocals, dance, and performance from the basics.
As a performer, she cites Mafumafu as her biggest influence. After attending an After the Rain concert, she was deeply inspired by the emotional power of live performance and decided to pursue music more seriously, aiming to become an artist who can also support and inspire others.
She joined FRUITS ZIPPER after initially participating in another audition. After not passing that audition, she was later introduced to the agency through an acquaintance. She ultimately debuted as a member after realizing the scale and opportunity of the project.
Within the group, her strengths include her ability to speak English and German, which she hopes to use in future overseas activities. She continues studying languages to improve her communication skills further.
Noel has already released solo music and held her first solo live concert, where she performed both covers and original songs that she composed herself. Through her solo work, she is developing a stronger artistic identity beyond her role in FRUITS ZIPPER.
Her personal goal is to one day have Mafumafu create a song for her 20th birthday, and she continues working toward that dream while growing as an artist.
