Shinonome Kozue (東雲こずゑ) is a Japanese idol and singer born on June 22, 2005, and a member of BELLRING Shoujo Heart. She joined the group on April 1, 2023, making her debut on April 16, 2023 as part of the revived lineup. Her member color is light blue (水色).

Kozue's official profile introduces a distinctive "Kozue-world" concept, combining cute traits with unusual keywords including descriptions such as being good at the internet, strong memory, flexibility, and "ultrasonic" as part of her character identity.
