Sugarlessme (縋蓮すみぃ) is a Japanese idol from Fukuoka and a founding member of the idol group kyun kyun ♡ purieeru. She represents the color turquoise green and joined the group on September 2, 2026 after passing auditions.
Her character is “Rumieru” (るみえる), a cute starry-eyed egg with two hair buns.
Sugarlessme has dreamed of becoming an idol since early childhood, even writing it as her dream in kindergarten.
She is known for her “sugarless” concept—an idol with “less sweetness, more love,” combining a refreshing image with deep affection toward fans. Her unique speech style and playful personality have become part of her signature identity.
She prefers to be called “Shugare,” rather than “Sumii-chan.” She also strongly discourages shortening her name to “Shuga,” as it would turn “Shugare” (sugarless) into “sugar,” which contradicts her concept.
Her fanbase is known as “縋蓮部 (Shugarenbu).”
