ZenZero Ranker has announced that member Tokino has left the group effective April 3, 2026. According to an official statement from management, a request for withdrawal was received from Tokino on the same day. However, since that time, both management and the other members have been unable to establish further contact with her, leading to the decision to formalize her departure.
The announcement also addressed concerns surrounding the absence of members on April 4 and April 5, apologizing to fans for the worry caused by the situation.
Following Tokino’s departure, ZenZero Ranker will continue its activities as a three-member group. Management expressed sincere apologies to fans who regularly attend events for any concern or inconvenience caused.
The group also outlined measures regarding previously purchased goods and bonuses. Fans holding Tokino’s individual cheki tickets will be offered either refunds or exchanges for another member’s tickets. For group cheki, group videos, and group photos, fans will receive additional individual tickets for cheki, videos, or photos with the current members as a form of apology.
